Organic Meat
Meat....beef, chicken and pork.... these 3 animals are routinely
ate in almost every home across North America. They are an important
part of our diets, we need their protein to build lean muscle. But
just like everyone else, animal
factories are looking for ways to cut down on costs, and therefore
have had to change the ways we think of the traditional farm animals.
Most of these animals are crowded into animal factories and are
fed many ingredients that they were not designed to eat.
Cows are vegetarians yet they are being fed ground up cow parts
some of which come from diseased animals, pigs are fed ground up pig parts and chickens are fed ground up chicken parts. They are
pumped full of antibiotics to help promote faster growth and to
help stop the spread of disease through the over crowded animal
factories.
Organic Beef, chicken and pork....organic animals are allowed to
roam naturally and are allowed to grow at a natural pace (they are not injected with growth hormones). The meat is drug free and the
animals have not been genetically modified therefore it is in the
most natural state. A grass-fed cow is allowed to graze on grass
that has not been laced with chemical fertilizers, herbicides or
pesticides.
